Christopher Davis, a licensed insurance agent and financial advisor in Huntsville, Texas, invites you to meet with him to discuss your insurance and financial goals. He has been a Mutual of Omaha insurance producer since 2005 and received his investment advisor representative license in 2017. Chris moved to Huntsville in January of 1985, after building houses in Austin upon high school graduation. He attended Sam Houston State University and graduated in August 1989 with a BBA in Management. His wife Janna grew up in Huntsville, and they have three adult children and four grandchildren. “We have enjoyed living and working in Huntsville because of the wonderful friendships we have been blessed with. And although we now live in Madisonville, I drive every day to my office, which is still located in Huntsville.”
Mutual of Omaha recruited Chris in 2004 to start an insurance and financial services business. He primarily focused his efforts on the individual health, life and Medicare supplement markets. He worked with individuals, business owners, and people who were aging into Medicare at age 65. He began his career the old-fashioned way, by knocking on doors, selling Medicare supplement and life insurance policies. His dad always encouraged his kids by saying “Can’t never could,” and this sage advice was motivational for Chris. And although knocking on doors is no longer an option, Chris is available through the internet, phone, or a visit to his office.
Chris works with his clients to provide risk management and investment planning services. He assists with Medicare and Social Security planning, retirement plan rollovers, investment management, and income planning in retirement. To protect for the risk of living too long and expiring too soon, he offers life insurance, long-term care insurance, and annuity planning. His income planning services consist of Social Security and the income for life strategy. “We utilize proper asset allocation matched to our client’s risk tolerance and time horizon. This helps provide a smooth transition into and through retirement.”
