Grandma’s Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tsp butter (optional)

Directions

  1. Bring sugar and milk to softball stage or 235 degrees.
  2. Add peanut butter, butter, and marshmallows. Stir well until butter and marshmallows are melted.
  3. Pour into buttered 9 inch pan.

Notes:  Do not overcook. Use candy thermometer.
