Ingredients
- 1 3-lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch chunks, trimmed of excess fat
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 3 cloves garlic
Directions
- Sprinkle pork with salt, chili powder, cumin and oregano.
- Place in a slow cooker, along with onion and garlic. Cover and cook on low until meat is tender and falling apart, about 6 hours.
- Shred pork and serve hot.
