1 (16 oz) package frozen cut carrots
1 (15 oz) can cut green beans, drained
1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
1 (14.5 oz) can beef broth
1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
8 oz diced onion
8 oz diced celery
8 oz diced green bell pepper
8 oz cabbage, shredded
¼ cup salt
2 Tbs dried basil
2 Tbs dried oregano
2 Tbs celery salt
1 Tbs ground black pepper
1 (0.42 oz) packet concentrated vegetable base (such as Swanson Vegetable Flavor Boost)
Directions
