1 cup packed fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup cashews with sea salt 1 garlic clove, or more to taste 1/2 cup olive oil 1 Tbs lemon juice
Directions
Place basil, Parmesan cheese, cashews, and garlic, in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Pour in olive oil and lemon juice. Blend until a smooth paste.
