Pepperoncini Poppers

Ingredients

15 pepperoncini peppers

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tsp Greek seasoning

4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto

Directions

Step 1: Slice each pepper in half lengthwise and remove any seeds.  Allow peppers to dry slightly on paper towels.

Step 2: Stir together cheese and Greek seasoning until well combined.  Spoon cheese mixture into each hollowed-out pepper.

Step 3: Cut prosciutto slices into 30 strips and wrap each filled pepper with prosciutto.

Step 4: Air fry at 400 degrees just until cheese is about to begin to ooze and prosciutto is slightly crispy, about 4 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
