Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 Gala apple, peeled and quartered
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger root 

Directions

  • Step 1
    Run the carrots and apple through a juice extractor and pour the resulting juice into a glass.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the coconut milk and garnish with freshly grated ginger root.
